So i upped my water and then drink 1 low cal gatorade a day. It includes potassium and sodium and it works. Much better! Try it out~!
KittyKittyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04243975985976449103noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5918545958452884679.post-49948947415001867252009-07-28T14:57:57.706-06:002009-07-28T14:57:57.706-06:00Ugh, I hope your issues are more temporary than in...Ugh, I hope your issues are more temporary than in the "it gets worse before it gets better" category.

I'm having HORRIBLE heartburn too, but it has been sporadic. My sleeping issues are all about my hips. If I sleep with a sturdy pillow between my kness my back and legs don't complain too much but oh my aching hips!

Congrats on the nursery progress. Ours has been stalled at "ready to be painted" for over a month!faedrakehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14971637685939592979noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5918545958452884679.post-11804113230022579422009-07-28T10:35:53.242-06:002009-07-28T10:35:53.242-06:00Ahhh the joy's of pregnancy!Ahhh the joy's of pregnancy!Amyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02440286709441344883noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5918545958452884679.post-60688320387307127502009-07-28T03:43:25.895-06:002009-07-28T03:43:25.895-06:00Sorry! I hate the heartburn. doc put me on zantac 2x a day and it seems to help. that and really small frequent meals. there is an end in sight!! i hate the leg/foot stuff. swimming has really helped keep it to a minimim for me (esp. the sciatic nerve problems). if you have access to a pool, i'd highly recommend it!Straubleshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04408803920153472826noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5918545958452884679.post-43312013006373032262009-07-27T15:21:20.240-06:002009-07-27T15:21:20.240-06:00Ugh Tiff - that just sucks big-time. It's kinda pricey at $40 dollars a month, but TOTALLY worth it.

OUCH for the leg (and toe!) cramps! My OB told me to take that instead of the tums. Takes a little longer to kick in but lasts a lot longer. I had Hubbs rub my legs and stretch them for me every night to help with the cramps. I had restless leg syndrom really bad too. :/ I remember being afraid to stretch in fear of another horrid leg cramp! Hope it gets better soon! No worries on the bedding being done in time. Unless you plan on using it right away. Noah didn't use his crib till 5 months. He slept in my room in his pack and play. LOL I made Hubbs hurry up and finish his nursery before he was born. And made nasty faces and snarles when things weren't done. :) and it was almost all for nothing. I'm tellin ya, I'm a mean pregnant woman.
Hope it gets better soon! Maybe ask your OB aboot Tylenol PM to help you sleep. I knew quite a few preggos taking that.Mama Bearhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10749078776258038763noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5918545958452884679.post-8345267440864720172009-07-27T14:25:28.296-06:002009-07-27T14:25:28.296-06:00Oh yes, the heartburn. Pregnancy isn't easy, but the end result is so worth it!Melissahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04780939019087880516noreply@blogger.com
