Thursday Weigh In

So just weighed in...

I didn't lose ANYTHING, but I guess at least I didn't gain anything. Right?

Time to STOP cheating. Period! It's not helping me at all.

Oh and here's the food/ workout blog if you want to check it out. Pretty boring stuff, but it's helping me see that I'm not so good on the eating. Will. Be. Better.

I'm so lazy about this. and I won't put down the ice cream. I am hovering around 163-166.

don't worry about it, you just have to keep on at it for while and then the pounds will melt away. I was hovering around 161 for almost two weeks before I even lost a pound. Now I'm down 12 lbs. You are off to a great start you'll be there in no time!
